National Postal Museum, London

Near Old Bailey, in King Edward Street, was the 1969 National Postal Museum, the old General Post Office. Expanded in 1969, houses a collection of about 350,000 worldwide stamps, and drawings, books and documents on the institution postage stamp. Particularly interesting are collections of stamps of the nineteenth century’s Reginald M. Phillips, which shows the creation, implementation and development of the first stamps and Post Office’s collection.
